이곡은 뮤지컬 '캣츠' 에서 '그리자벨라' 고양이가 마지막으로 자신의 이야기를 하는 노래이다. 극중 젤리클 고양이들 중에서 한명을 환생하게 되는데 서로 자기 자신이 되야 된다고 애기자면서 인생에 대해 이야기를 한다. '리글자벨라' 고양이는 한때 성공한 인생을 살려고 떠났지만, 엉망인 모습으로 나타나자 다른 고양이들이 그를 피하던 고양이다. 이곡은 마침내 '그리자벨라' 고양이가 마지막으로 자신의 인생을 이야기하는 노래라고 할수 있다.
